Placing an order is super easy! Browse our product catalog on the homepage, add items to your cart by clicking the "+ Add" button, then proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your delivery location (building, room number) and confirm your order. That's it!

The minimum order amount for delivery is ₹150. Orders below ₹150 can be picked up from our store directly. This helps us keep delivery efficient and affordable for everyone on campus.

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been marked as "Preparing" by our team. Once we start preparing your order, cancellations won't be possible. To cancel, go to My Orders and tap the cancel button on the order you'd like to cancel.

Head to My Orders from the profile menu. You'll see all your orders with real-time status updates — Placed, Confirmed, Preparing, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. You'll also receive updates in real time!

Most orders are delivered within 15–30 minutes of being confirmed. During peak hours (lunch time, evening snack time), delivery may take slightly longer. We always try to get your order to you as fast as possible!

We deliver anywhere within your college campus — hostels, classrooms, library, canteen area, sports grounds, or any other campus location. Just provide your building name and room number during checkout for the smoothest delivery experience.

EasyDay operates during campus hours, typically from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Delivery hours may vary during exams, holidays, or special events. Check the app for current availability.

Yes! All prices on EasyDay are the same as our in-store MRP. There are no hidden charges, surge pricing, or platform fees. What you see is what you pay.

Absolutely! If you receive a damaged item, wrong product, or have any quality issues, contact us immediately. We'll either replace the item or provide a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Click on the profile icon or go to the Login page. Click "Register Now" and fill in your name, email, phone number, and set a password. You can also add a profile picture. Once registered, you can start ordering right away!

No worries! Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the email.

Yes! Go to your Profile page from the dropdown menu. You can update your name, phone number, profile picture, and email address. For email changes, a verification link will be sent to your new email.

You can browse products and add items to your cart without an account. However, to complete checkout and place a delivery order, you'll need to be logged in so we can track your orders and deliver to the right location.
